How Can severe Pelvic Spasms Be Treated?

I have been experiencing spasms/twitching, not painful, located right above my pelvic bone. Been happening on and off for 3 days with light spotting. I ve had this exact feeling before and proceeded to miscarry. I m 62 years old now, no period for years with on and off discharge or spotting, but rarely.

Hi, I think you should get yourself examined by a gynecologist. Also get a ultrasound done to see the endometrial thickness. If it is more than 4 mm, go for an endometrial biopsy to rule out endometrial carcinoma. Postmenopausal spotting or bleeding can also occur due to atrophic changes. For that you can use some estrogen cream. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Hope I have answered your question.
